1. Quick Order Changes & Cancellations

2. 30-Day Free Returns for Defective Products
Eligibility:

•Full refund (100%) within 30 days of delivery for verified material or workmanship defects (e.g., broken frames, lens defects, peeling coatings).
Conditions:

•Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (including all accessories).

•Proof of defect (photos/videos) may be required.

2.We'll provide a free return shipping label (if applicable) and a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

3.Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days.
Non-Defective Items:

Flexible Exchanges:

One-Time Free Exchange:

•Subsequent exchanges may incur shipping/restocking fees.
Conditions:

2.Return the original item using our prepaid label (free exchange) or self-ship (customer-paid for repeat exchanges).

Note: Exchanges due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) are always free and unlimited.
