Method 1. Find your lens width using frames you already own.

Look inside the temple arm for a set of numbers (e.g. 64 □ 17-160), then choose a frame with similar measurements.

Method 2. Measure the temple-to-temple width of a pair of glasses that fits you well.

Measure the distance between the points where the frame rests on your temples when worn. Choose a frame with a similar width.

Method 3. Measure your temple-to-temple distance and compare it with our Fit Guide to choose the right frame size.

Example: A 160 mm temple-to-temple measurement is best matched with 165–170 mm wide frames.

 

 

Glasses Specification Example

*Frame width refers to the temple-to-temple distance. Fitting prescription lenses alters the frame curve, causing minor frame width deviations from the labeled specifications.
