At Size Glasses, we're confident you'll love your new glasses. However, if something isn't perfect, our straightforward policy ensures a smooth resolution.


1. Quick Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Need to adjust? Contact us immediately: support@sizeglasses.com
  • Cancellation Window: Cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
  • After 6 Hours? Once processing starts, cancellations aren't possible. If unsatisfied with your delivered order, use our return process below.

2. 30-Day Free Returns for Defective Products

Eligibility:

  • Full refund (100%) within 30 days of delivery for verified material or workmanship defects (e.g., broken frames, lens defects, peeling coatings).

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (including all accessories).
  • Proof of defect (photos/videos) may be required.

Process:

  1. 1.Contact us at support@sizeglasses.com with your order number and defect details.
  2. 2.We'll provide a free return shipping label (if applicable) and a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
  3. 3.Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days.

Non-Defective Items:

  • If the product has no defects, we do not accept returns but offer one free exchange within 30 days.

3. 30-Day Free Exchange (Any Reason)

Flexible Exchanges:

  • Exchange your item for any reason (e.g., style, fit, preference) within 30 days of delivery.

One-Time Free Exchange:

  • Each eligible order qualifies for one free exchange.
  • Subsequent exchanges may incur shipping/restocking fees.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging (including all accessories, tags, and cases).

How to Request:

  1. 1.Email support@sizeglasses.com with your order number and exchange preference.
  2. 2.Return the original item using our prepaid label (free exchange) or self-ship (customer-paid for repeat exchanges).
  3. 3.Choose a replacement of equal or higher value (price differences apply).

Note: Exchanges due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) are always free and unlimited.


4. 365-Day Warranty Coverage

What's Covered?

  • Frame issues (breakage, hinge problems, peeling finishes)
  • Lens defects (peeling coatings, cracks, optical flaws)
  • Workmanship errors (loose screws, misaligned frames)

What's Not Covered?

  • Damage from accidents, drops, or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Loss, theft, or unauthorized repairs
  • Incorrect personal prescription (unless our error)

How to Claim?

  1. 1.Email support@sizeglasses.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photos/videos of the defect
    • Description of the issue
  2. 2.We'll assess within 48 hours
  3. 3.Choose replacement or full refund
