1. Quick Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window:  Cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
  • After 6 Hours?  Once processing starts, cancellations aren’t possible. If unsatisfied with your delivered order, use our 14-Day Return process below.

  • Changed your mind? Return items for any reason within 14 days of delivery.
  • Easy Qualification: Items must be:
    • Unworn & Unused: In pristine, brand-new condition.
    • Complete Packaging: Original packaging, cases, cleaning cloths, tags, and all accessories.
    • Flawless: No marks, damage, or alterations (e.g., no lens scratches, frame adjustments, or bent hinges).
  • Start: Email us first at glassessize@gmail.com for a Return Authorization & instructions. Never ship back without this!

  • Processed Fast: Refunds issued within 3-7 business days of receiving & approving your return.

  • The Prescription Factor: The 70% refund reflects the custom, non-resalable nature of prescription lenses. Once crafted specifically for your vision needs, they cannot be resold to another person.

4. 365-Day Manufacturing Warranty (Peace of Mind)

  • Coverage (365 days from delivery): Defects in materials or workmanship. Examples: Frame breakage under normal use, peeling lens coatings, or lens cracks stemming from manufacturing.
  • Full Support: Qualifying issues get a 100% refund or replacement (your choice), including original shipping costs.
  • Not Covered: Damage from:
    • Accident, misuse, neglect (e.g., sitting on, dropping).
    • Improper care (exposure to extreme heat/chemicals).
    • Normal wear & tear (minor scratches from use).
    • Loss.
    • Unauthorized repairs/modifications.
    • Personal preference issues (style, fit adjustments you made).

5. Starting a Return or Warranty Claim is Simple

  • Step 1: Contact Us!
  • Step 2: Follow Our Instructions:
    • We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number and the correct return address.
    • Always ship with tracking/insurance! We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
  • Step 3: Ship & Wait:
    • Securely pack items in their original packaging.
    • Send to the address we provide with your RA number visible.
    • Allow 3-7 business days after we receive your return for refund processing.
